Sweet Lavender Lemonade Shake
The recipe makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
½ tsp culinary-grade dried lavender buds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup cold water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
1 tsp monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
4-5 ice cubes
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over low heat – don’t let it boil. Add the dried lavender buds, stir, and steep for 5-7 minutes.
Strain the lavender out and allow the milk to cool completely.
Add the infused almond milk, water, HLTH Code Vanilla, lemon juice, lemon zest (if using), sweetener, salt, and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth, creamy, and frothy – about 30-45 seconds.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender or lemon slices.
