HLTH Code is a nutritionally complete (and completely delicious!) meal replacement shake based on the latest nutrition and metabolic science and is guaranteed to help you feel your healthiest! With HLTH Code Complete Meal, you’ll get an optimised, science-backed blend of protein, healthy fats, apple cider vinegar, probiotics, fibre, and vitamins and minerals without any added sugar, extra carbs or anything artificial.

HLTH Code currently comes in two delicious flavours, creamy vanilla and chocolate macadamia.

HLTH Code Complete Meal is only available online through our website.

Our shake is proudly manufactured in the USA at a facility that has CGMP certification and is registered with the FDA. We use high quality ingredients that are free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and contain no artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners.

Human nutrition is complicated; it takes a lot to optimally fuel our bodies. However, certain things are staples, including essential fats, essential amino acids, fibre, vitamins, and minerals. By including these, and more, HLTH Code provides all the nourishment you'd get from a healthy, nutritious, and complete meal.

Each bag includes 15 servings of a delicious nutritional shake mix with the optimal balance of macronutrients, and is free from GMOs and artificial ingredients.

Preparing HLTH Code Complete Meal only requires three steps (1) add approximately 240ml of cold water to a shaker cup (2) add two scoops of HLTH Code Complete Meal powder (3) shake vigorously.

HLTH Code Complete Meal dissolves perfectly with a basic shaker cup, but if you prefer to use a blender, blend lightly on a low speed setting.

Depending on your health goals, you can replace 1 or 2 meals a day with HLTH Code Complete Meal. For general wellness, replace one meal per day. To reset your health or for fat loss, replace up to 2 meals per day. Each bag contains 15 meals.

We call it a complete meal because we believe it has everything you need, and nothing you don't. HLTH Code Complete Meal has an optimal balance of macronutrients with the right blend of proteins, healthy fats, fibre and no artificial ingredients.

However, we realise that people like to experiment with different recipes. You may blend ingredients with the shake, but within moderation, and preferably with ingredients that have minimal refined carbohydrates, sugars or net carbs.

Yes, HLTH Code Complete Meal is free from gluten.

Yes! HLTH Code Complete Meal contains only 4g of Net Carbs*, no added sugars and 27g of healthy fats. Best of all, it is naturally sweetened without the use of any artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. HLTH Code Complete Meal can be an excellent meal solution while on a Ketogenic diet.

Yes! Complete Meal is based on the best evidence on human nutrition to support optimal metabolic health, including ketogenic diets. In fact, the ratios of protein, fat, and carbohydrates in Complete Meal is similar to that found in scientific studies that use ketogenic diets for weight loss.

Not at this time. HLTH Code Complete Meal includes natural ingredients such as whey, egg whites, collagen and ghee due to their nutritional benefits, bioavailability, and scientific evidence of efficacy. As of yet, we've been unable to find a vegan formula that can offer similar health benefits but we continue to search.

As a true meal shake, HLTH Code is 400 nutritionally balanced calories per serving. It's not one of those starvation shakes that have some protein and flavouring and you're starving an hour later. HLTH Code has optimised amounts of protein, healthy fats, prebiotic fibre, probiotics, collagen, apple cider vinegar, vitamins and minerals and more to help support your metabolic, gut and brain health. Far healthier, more convenient and cost effective than virtually any meal that you could prepare or purchase!

By including real and natural fats in Complete Meal, we're helping your body get what it needs. The modern diet is fat phobic and countless foods advertise the low levels or outright absence of fat, but this hasn't done much to help us get healthier. While no ingredient in HLTH Code Complete Meal is dangerous to children, HLTH Code Complete Meal is formulated for the nutritional needs of an average adult. Because children have different nutritional requirements than adults, we suggest consulting with your child’s doctor before using HLTH Code, or making any changes to their diet.

HLTH Code includes Whey protein, as it is the most bioavailable form of protein, and has a rich Amino Acid profile. Whey has some minimal lactose that is naturally occurring.Of course, everyone has different levels of sensitivity, but we've had many customers come back and tell us they've been able to enjoy HLTH Code whereas they haven't been able to tolerate other whey-based shakes.We believe this could be due to our digestive enzymes, or the 1:1 ratio of proteins to healthy fats.

Unlike regular maltodextrin and dextrin which contribute sugars...digestion resistant maltodextrin and digestion resistant dextrin are fibers. As the name suggests, they are not absorbed by the body and do not have an effect on blood sugar levels. They contribute fiber, which of course...is an important part of a daily diet.

As with all products that contain vitamins and minerals, these micronutrients must be added. This is normal with fortified foods and supplements, as you would need the equivalent of 10 oranges to get 1000mg of Vitamin C (as an example).

Further, all products that include vitamins contain some synthetic vitamins, even those that claim otherwise, and they've been shown to be every bit as effective for the body. HLTH Code has not been certified as Kosher, but there aren’t any ingredients like pork or shellfish that would be problematic. As a young, and growing company, certification is something we intend to evaluate in the future.
