The recipe makes 10 servings.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
¼ cup (60 ml) melted coconut oil
⅓ cup (50 g) mixed berries (blueberries or raspberries; fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp (14 g) crushed almonds
1½ Tbsp (21 g) monk fruit sweetener

Instructions:

In a small mixing bowl, whisk the melted coconut oil, HLTH Code Vanilla, and sweetener until smooth and thick.

Gently mix in the berries and crushed almonds.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray, aiming for about 1 tablespoon per cluster.

Freeze for 25–30 minutes, or until firm and serve straight from the freezer.
