HLTH Code is a trading name of RJC Health UK Limited. This policy covers orders placed on gethlth.co.uk.

Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland and these European countries: Belgium, Croatia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Orders ship from our London warehouse. We don't deliver to other countries from this store. For Australia and New Zealand, shop at gethlth.com.au, our Australian store. In the United States, HLTH Code is sold at gethlth.com by a separate company.
We sell online only, and orders can't be collected from the warehouse.
Delivery within the UK
Standard UK delivery is free on every order and comes with tracking. At checkout you can choose a paid option instead: £2 on orders up to 2kg, or £6 on orders of 2kg to 10kg.
A bag of Complete Meal ships at 1.25kg. You'll get tracking details once your order ships, and you can add any delivery instructions with the carrier.
Delivery to Ireland and Europe
Delivery is priced by destination and by the weight of your order. Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail International and heavier parcels by DHL Express.

Rates are in pounds sterling. If checkout shows no delivery option for your order, contact us before ordering.
Customs, duties and VAT
EU orders under €150 go through the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for import VAT, and we pay the EU customs duty on them. For orders delivered outside the UK, any import VAT, duties or brokerage charges are determined by the destination country's rules and, where not collected at checkout, may be payable by you on delivery. If a parcel is held at customs, customs will usually contact you directly, so check your email (including spam) and your post, and let us know.
Before you order
We dispatch fast, so once an order is placed we usually can't change or stop it. Please check your delivery address before you order. If you need a change, ask immediately through our contact form or at info@gethlth.co.uk; our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy explains how cancellations work.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking stops moving or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us through our contact form with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
