Cancellation policy

HLTH Code is a trading name of RJC Health UK Limited. This policy covers subscriptions and purchases on gethlth.co.uk and how to change or cancel them. It is the cancellation policy you agree to when you subscribe.

Ways to buy

• One-time purchase: a single order, paid for once.
• Subscribe & Save: Complete Meal or Berberine delivered monthly, every 2 months or every 3 months, at 10% off the one-time price.

Complete Meal subscriptions start at 2 bags, and a single bag can be bought as a one-time purchase. Berberine subscriptions have no minimum.

How Subscribe & Save works

You save on every order, the price is locked in, and there's no commitment. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the prices, frequency and dates shown on the product page until you cancel. We will notify you of any material changes to your subscription terms before they take effect.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Manage everything from your customer account: change your delivery frequency, swap products, skip an order, or cancel any time. To get there, choose Account & Subscriptions in the menu or go to gethlth.co.uk/account, sign in with the email address you ordered with (you'll get a one-time code by email), then press Manage subscription. If you have trouble signing in, contact us and we'll help.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. If you cancel after a billing cycle has been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped, but no further orders will be placed.

Changing or cancelling an order

We dispatch fast, so once an order is placed we usually can't change or stop it. Ask immediately through our contact form or at info@gethlth.co.uk and we'll help if we can, but please treat this as best efforts only, and not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped and you have changed your mind, you return it under the statutory rights below rather than cancelling it with us.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are set out in our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy, including the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which ends once a sealed product is opened, and your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
