HLTH Code is a trading name of RJC Health UK Limited. This policy covers orders placed on gethlth.co.uk, and applies in addition to your statutory rights, which are set out below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Not right for you? Return any unopened bags within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for them in full.

• Bags must be unopened with the outer seal intact. Berberine bottles must have the seal under the cap intact.
• Claim within 30 days of delivery through the contact form on our website. Give us your order number and tell us what didn't work.
• Available once per customer, on UK orders.

We can't accept opened bags back. For food safety and hygiene reasons they can't be resold, so once a bag is opened it's yours. If you're not sure yet, start with one bag rather than two.

Returning Customers

Ordered before and had a problem with a product? Get in touch through the contact form and tell us what happened, and we'll look at it case by case. Repeated refund requests from the same customer, outside your statutory rights, aren't accepted. Nothing here affects those rights, which apply to every order however many times you have ordered.

How to Return

1. Message us through the contact form at gethlth.co.uk. We'll reply within 24 to 48 hours with the return address and any further instructions. To exercise a statutory cancellation or withdrawal you do not need to give a reason.
2. Post the item(s) back using a tracked service. Return postage is at your expense and is not included in the refund.
3. Goods must come back in resaleable condition where possible. You may handle them only as you would in a shop, to establish what they are. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.
4. No refund is issued until your return has reached our warehouse and has been checked (statutory cancellations may also be triggered by proof of return). Once received and checked, your refund is initiated within 48 hours to your original payment method, and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

We dispatch fast, so once an order is placed we usually can't change or stop it. Ask immediately through the contact form or at info@gethlth.co.uk and we'll help if we can, but please treat this as best efforts only, and not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped and you have changed your mind, you return it under the statutory rights below rather than cancelling it with us. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Your Statutory Rights

These apply to every order, whatever this policy says.

Cancellation. As a UK consumer you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. EU and EEA consumers have the same 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Tell us by any clear statement (an email to info@gethlth.co.uk, our contact form, or the form below) before the 14-day period expires, then return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return. Goods must be in resaleable condition where possible, and we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. We will refund the price you paid, together with the standard (least expensive) outbound delivery cost where you were charged one (UK delivery is free, so none applies to UK orders), within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return, whichever is earlier, to your original payment method.

Sealed products. For hygiene and safety reasons our products are sealed: Complete Meal bags carry a tear-strip and an internal resealable seal, and Berberine bottles are sealed under the cap. Sealed food, nutritional or health-supplement products that have been unsealed after delivery are not eligible for cancellation or withdrawal once the seal has been broken. Unopened, sealed items can be returned within the 14-day period.

Faulty goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, misdescribed, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights, whether the product has been opened or not. EU and EEA consumers benefit from the equivalent statutory guarantee of conformity.
