30-Day Return Policy

At HLTH Code (a trading name of RJC Health UK Limited), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. All returns are processed through the contact form on our website. This policy applies to orders placed on gethlth.co.uk and delivered within the United Kingdom. Orders shipped outside the UK are not eligible for returns.
First-Time Buyer Guarantee
If this is your first purchase with HLTH Code, you can return one opened bag of Complete Meal for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions asked. We want you to try it with confidence — if it's not for you, we'll make it right. Any additional bags in the same order must be unopened to qualify for a refund. This guarantee is limited to one bag per new customer. The only cost not covered is return postage.
Complete Meal Returns
Beyond the First-Time Buyer Guarantee, the following conditions apply:
- Only unopened bags can be returned, up to 1 bag of each flavour per order.
- Returns must be claimed within 30 days of delivery.
- Applies to first-time purchases only.
- Refunds do not include return postage costs.
- Orders shipped outside the UK are not eligible for returns.
Berberine Returns
- A valid reason for return must be provided.
- Returns must be claimed within 30 days of delivery.
- Applies to first-time purchases only.
How to Request a Return
All returns are processed through the contact form on our website. Here's how it works:
- Submit your return request through the contact form at gethlth.co.uk. You'll need to provide your name, order number, the items you'd like to return, and your reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with a UK return address and any further instructions.
- Post the item(s) back using a tracked service. Return postage is at your expense.
- Once we receive your return, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours (excluding return postage costs). Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Returning Customers
Our 30-day return policy applies to first-time purchases. If you've ordered from us before and have an issue with a product, we're still here to help. Submit a request through the contact form on our website explaining what went wrong and we'll assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not permitted.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Please ensure all order details — including delivery address, contact information, product selection, and quantities — are correct before completing your purchase. Due to the speed of our fulfilment process, orders are processed quickly and cannot be guaranteed to be amended once placed.
If you need to request a cancellation or amendment, you must contact us immediately through the contact form on our website or at info@gethlth.co.uk.
Please note:
- Orders are not considered cancelled until confirmed in writing by our team.
- A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
- During periods of high order volume or increased email enquiries, response times may vary.
- Our dispatch team operates quickly, and we cannot guarantee that an order will be amended or cancelled prior to shipment.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with this Return Policy (subject to your statutory rights below).
- By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
If we are able to intercept or stop an order prior to dispatch, we will gladly assist — however this is not guaranteed.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a UK consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right applies in addition to the 30-day policy above.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to info@gethlth.co.uk or a message via our contact form) before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Please note:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition where possible. You may handle the goods only as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning — your refund may be reduced to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond that.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed food, nutritional, or health supplement products that have been unsealed after delivery are not eligible for statutory cancellation once the seal has been broken. This does not affect our First-Time Buyer Guarantee above or your rights if the product is faulty, misdescribed, or not of satisfactory quality.
- We will refund the price you paid for the goods, together with the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or within 14 days of you providing evidence of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
