Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

At HLTH Code (a trading name of RJC Health UK Limited), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy in addition to your statutory rights. All returns are processed through the contact form on our website. This policy applies to orders placed on gethlth.co.uk. Your statutory rights differ depending on whether you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or in the EU/EEA, and both are set out below.

First-Time Buyer Guarantee (UK)

If this is your first purchase with HLTH Code, you can return one opened bag of each flavour of Complete Meal (one Chocolate Macadamia and one Creamy Vanilla) for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions asked. We want you to try it with confidence — if it's not for you, we'll make it right. Any additional bags in the same order must be unopened to qualify for a refund. This guarantee is available once per new customer on UK orders. The only cost not covered is return postage.

Complete Meal Returns (Voluntary 30-Day Policy)

Beyond the First-Time Buyer Guarantee, the following conditions apply to our voluntary 30-day policy. These conditions are in addition to, and do not limit, your statutory rights set out further below.

  • Only unopened bags can be returned, up to 1 bag of each flavour per order.
  • Returns must be claimed within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds do not include return postage costs.

Berberine Returns (Voluntary 30-Day Policy)

  • A valid reason for return must be provided.
  • Returns must be claimed within 30 days of delivery.
  • Bottles must be unopened, with the seal intact.

How to Request a Return

All returns are processed through the contact form on our website. Here's how it works:

  1. Submit your return request through the contact form at gethlth.co.uk. You'll need to provide your name, order number, the items you'd like to return, and (for our voluntary policy) your reason for the return. To exercise a statutory cancellation or withdrawal you do not need to give a reason.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with a return address and any further instructions.
  3. Post the item(s) back using a tracked service. Return postage is at your expense.
  4. No refund is issued until your return has reached our warehouse (statutory cancellations may also be triggered by proof of return). Once received and checked, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Returning Customers

Our voluntary 30-day return policy is aimed at first-time purchases. If you've ordered from us before and have an issue with a product, we're still here to help — submit a request through the contact form explaining what went wrong and we'll assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. This does not affect your statutory rights below, which apply to every order regardless of how many times you have ordered. Repeated refund requests from the same customer outside those rights are not permitted.

Order Cancellations & Changes

We begin processing orders within hours of them being placed so we can dispatch quickly. Because of this, once your order has been placed we cannot guarantee it can be changed, stopped, or cancelled before it ships, and in most cases it cannot.

If you need to request a change before dispatch, contact us immediately through the contact form on our website or at info@gethlth.co.uk and we will help if we can, but please treat this as best-efforts only.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched and you have changed your mind, you do not cancel it with us directly; instead you return it for a refund under your statutory rights set out below (see "Your Statutory Right to Cancel" for UK consumers, or "Your Right of Withdrawal" for EU/EEA consumers).

Please note:

  • A pre-dispatch change or stop request is best-efforts only and is not guaranteed.
  • During busy periods, response times may vary, which further reduces the chance we can stop an order before it ships.
  • If you change your mind after dispatch, your statutory right is to return the item for a refund, on the terms set out below.
  • By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel — UK Consumers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a UK consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right applies to every order and is in addition to the voluntary 30-day policy above.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to info@gethlth.co.uk or a message via our contact form) before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition where possible. You may handle the goods only as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning — your refund may be reduced to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond that.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, our products are sealed: Complete Meal bags carry a tear-strip and an internal resealable seal, and Berberine bottles are sealed under the cap. Sealed food, nutritional, or health-supplement products that have been unsealed after delivery are not eligible for statutory cancellation once the seal has been broken. This does not affect our First-Time Buyer Guarantee above, or your rights if the product is faulty, misdescribed, or not of satisfactory quality.
  • We will refund the price you paid for the goods, together with the standard delivery charge (UK delivery is free, so no delivery charge applies). We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier, and in any event will refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Your Right of Withdrawal — EU/EEA Consumers (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by a clear statement. You may use the withdrawal function (button) on our website, the model withdrawal form below, an email to info@gethlth.co.uk, or our contact form. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay. You must then return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, our products are sealed (Complete Meal bags carry a tear-strip and an internal resealable seal; Berberine bottles are sealed under the cap). Sealed food, nutritional, or health-supplement products that have been unsealed after delivery are not eligible for withdrawal once the seal has been broken. Unopened, sealed items can be withdrawn within the 14-day period.
  • Goods must be returned in resaleable condition where possible; your refund may be reduced to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
  • We will refund the price you paid together with the standard (least expensive) outbound delivery cost you were charged. Where you selected a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the standard rate. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier, and in any event will refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and EU Legal Guarantee

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. For UK consumers, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; if a product is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
