Chocolate Clusters

The recipe makes 8 servings.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
¼ cup (60 g) sugar-free almond butter
1 Tbsp (15 ml) coconut oil
½ cup (45 g) unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
½ cup (60 g) toasted mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts), roughly chopped
Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the almond butter with the coconut oil, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat.

Whisk in the HLTH Code Chocolate until fully incorporated and creamy.

Stir in the toasted coconut flakes, and nuts with a tiny pinch of salt, until everything is evenly coated.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
