Layered Ice Cream

The recipe makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:

For the Base
2 cups heavy cream (480 ml)
4 oz cream cheese, softened (115 g)
2–3 Tbsp allulose or monk fruit sweetener

Vanilla Layer
One-third of base ice cream mix
1 scoop HLTH Code Vanilla

Chocolate Layer
One-third of base ice cream mix
1 scoop HLTH Code Chocolate

Berry Layer
One-third of base ice cream mix
½ cup berries (75 g) (raspberries or strawberries)

Instructions:

Beat the cream cheese until completely smooth.

Add the heavy cream and sweetener, then whip until thick and airy to form soft-medium peaks.

Divide the base ice cream mixture evenly into 3 bowls.

Stir the HLTH Code Vanilla into one bowl. tir the HLTH Code Chocolate into another.

Mash the berries and fold into the third bowl, mixing well.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Spread the berry layer evenly on the bottom. Add the vanilla layer and smooth gently.

Finish with the chocolate layer on top.

Freeze for 4–5 hours until firm but scoopable.

Slice and add sticks to pick up each piece to serve.
